You may know her from her parts in Dum Dum Girls, Chrystal Stilts, or The Vivian Girls – but I like her best as herself, Frankie Rose (at least I think that’s her real name). A friend at work turned me on to her and I’ve never been to Township, so I’m excited to check it out.

If you haven’t seen Searching for Sugar Man yet, you should really check out his story of great early 70s records that flopped in the US, unknown fame in South Africa and the hunt for the mysterious man from Detroit.
